 Vinyasa

Every Tuesday and Thursday from 19.00 to 20.15

Vinyasa is a modern style of yoga developed by T. Krisnamacharya and T.K.V. Desikachar in which each movement is coordinated with a breath inviting us to cultivate the awareness that connects each action to the next. Students under my guidance are stimulated, through a series of creative and dynamic sequences, to learn the techniques of asana, pranayama, mudra, bandha and meditation. Vinyasa sequences are built one after the other with attention to the level of experience of the student so that everyone can participate in the class, including those who are new to yoga.

Ashtanga sara'

Every Friday from 18.30 to 20.00

L’Ashtanga Yoga And an ancient system of Yoga taught by Vamana Rishi in the Yoga Korunta. This text was revealed to Sri T. Krishnamacharya in the early 1900s by his Guru Rama Mohan Brahmachari, and was later handed down to Pattabhi Jois during his studies with Krishnamacharya, which began in 1927.

There are three groups of sequences in Ashtanga.
The First Series (Yoga Chikitsa) detoxifies and aligns the body.
The Intermediate Series (Nadi Shodhana) purifies the nervous system by opening the energy channels.
The advanced series A, B, C and D (Sthira Bhaga) integrate the strength and grace of the practice and require higher levels of flexibility and humility.

Kindra teaches the primary series for those who want to learn the sequence and are at the beginning of the path and want to work in the ashtanga vinyasa yoga tradition.

Yin Yoga

Every Thursday from 20.30 to 21.30

Yin Yoga is a peaceful and meditative style of yoga that is inspired by the Taoist thought of "yin and yang". It then works on the Qi (energy) that flows in the energy channels called meridians. It is a profound practice that calms the mind and stimulates the connective tissue. By maintaining the positions in optimal tension, aided by deep breathing, it relaxes all the muscles and eliminates accumulations, re-stabilising the flow of energy in the entire body.
